Hotmail bounce backs

This morning we noticed several bouncebacks from Hotmail accounts.  The error that was showing looks like this:

<>: host[] said: 550
OU-002 (SNT0-MC3-F28) Unfortunately, messages from weren't
sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their
network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to (in reply to MAIL FROM command) 

If you are seeing this, our Engineering team has already worked with the Postmaster for Microsoft and everything should start to be working soon.  We have to wait for our server IP to 'calm down' from the spam rating it has received, and sadly it takes time in the form of several hours for it to do so.  That does mean that you will still receive blocks from Hotmail users, but here in a few hours it should calm down.  If you have any other questions or concerns about this, feel free to contact Support.

Website appear offline?

If you are currently experiencing downtime with your site, it is related to our most recent email blast regarding server upgrades.

To resolve this issue, point your domain away from the IP addresses listed above to the following updated server IP address:

It is highly suggested you to do this as soon as you can to ensure no more further downtime for your site.  Address record changes take from 4 to 24 hours to propagate once done.  If your IP address is not listed above and your website is down or have questions, please submit a ticket to the support team and we can assist you further.
