Phone issues today

Hello all!

On Monday we experienced some phone issues that were traced to a hardware failure in one of the servers.  We resolved it but today we are experiencing something similar.  Our Engineering team is on the case and has been working throughout this morning and into this afternoon to resolve it. In the meantime this means that we are unable to receive calls and to place them out.  We are holding this in the highest possible matter and hope to have it resolved quickly.  We will update this when it is back up and running, and in the meantime if you are trying to get ahold of us email works without issue and you can submit a ticket.

Email issues this morning

Good morning!

We have found an issue with our email server where you log into the webmail system and it causes a 'cannot fetch' error, and various errors are appearing in Outlook.  Our Engineering team is working on it as we speak, and we will update here as soon as we have it resolved.  If you have questions or concerns please feel free to submit a ticket

**UPDATE:  We have isolated the issues to a hardware configuration that has to be changed out, and our Engineering team is currently finishing the steps on that.  Email *is* starting to trickle in albeit slowly, but no email has been lost during this time so it will all eventually reach its' destination.  We are very sorry for this interruption in service, and if you have any questions please feel free to click the link above and submit a ticket.
